Designed for difficult-access properties: unlike many vacuum systems, our equipment can be detached from the vehicle and transported throughout the property. Combined with 40 metres of hose, this allows us to reach virtually any building edge that can be accessed on foot.

Ground-based cleaning up to three storeys: ground-based cleaning is a non-invasive cleaning strategy that removes ladders, scaffolding and roof traffic from the equation. By reducing direct contact with roofing materials, gutters and surrounding surfaces, it helps reduce the risk of accidental property damage. Our equipment allows us to clean gutters up to three storeys from the ground.

Fixed pricing before work begins: information gathered during the enquiry process is combined with satellite imagery, property photography and listing information to accurately define the service scope before work begins. This allows a fixed-price quote to be provided with certainty before scheduling.

Two-stage vacuum & flush process: vacuuming removes bulk debris such as leaves, twigs and loose organic matter. The flush stage then removes residual sediment and finer material that can remain adhered to gutter surfaces. Together, this process reduces mess, provides a more thorough clean and helps reduce the conditions that allow future blockages to develop.

Documented completion: every service includes before and after photographic documentation packaged with a Maintenance Completion Record, providing a documented record of maintenance completion.
